treatment by Mind Retreat Aesthetics
- Introduction
Welcome to Mind Retreat Aesthetics. By booking a treatment with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms outline your rights and responsibilities when booking and receiving services from Mind Retreat Aesthetics. - Booking and Deposit Policy
To secure an appointment, a deposit is required. This deposit represents a commitment by the client (the buyer) to receive services from Mind Retreat Aesthetics (the seller). By making this deposit, you agree that it will be considered a deposit in law and will not be refundable under certain circumstances as outlined below. - Deposit and Payment Terms
- A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your treatment.
- If the contract describes the advance payment as a deposit, it will be considered a deposit in law and will not be refundable if the buyer cancels without appropriate notice or fails to show up for the appointment.
- Cancellation Policy
We understand that situations arise that may require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, to ensure that we can fill appointments and maintain a smooth schedule, the following cancellation policies apply:
- 48 Hours Cancellation Notice: If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must provide at least 48 hours’ notice before your scheduled treatment time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within this time frame will allow your deposit to be transferred to a new appointment date.
- Cancellations With Less Than 48 Hours’ Notice: If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited and will not be refundable or transferable to another booking.
- No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for your appointment without notice, your deposit will be forfeited. No refunds or transfers of the deposit will be made in the event of a no-show.
- Repeated Cancellations
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but to ensure fairness to all clients, we allow a maximum of two cancellations with at least 48 hours’ notice. After two cancellations, any further cancellations will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. - Non-Refundable Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable under the following circumstances:
- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice.
- No-shows.
- Repeated cancellations beyond two rescheduling requests, even if provided with 48 hours’ notice.
The non-refundable deposit is in place to cover the time and resources allocated for your appointment. By making the deposit, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
- Changes by Mind Retreat Aesthetics
In rare circumstances, we may need to reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, we will give you as much notice as possible and transfer your deposit to a new appointment at a time that is convenient for you. - Amendments to Terms and Conditions
Mind Retreat Aesthetics reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes to the terms and conditions that may affect their bookings. - Contact Information
